Paige Menner is a LEED consultant (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and Principal of PE Realty Advisors, LLC, a commercial real estate and LEED consulting and advisory firm based in New York City. She specializes in the healthcare industry assisting hospitals, physician practices and other healthcare providers in meeting LEED certification standards in their facilities.

Through LEED certification, healthcare organizations and other business are able to achieve cost savings in energy efficiency, qualify for tax incentives, demonstrate active environmental responsibility, and provide a healthier work place environment for their employees and patients.

As a specialist in meeting the needs of todays forward thinking healthcare provider, her firm works closely with each client and their contractors to provide a wide range of options as well as to make specific recommendations based on each clients budget and objectives.   • Dr. DeRario and Associates, the first dental practice in New York City to pursue LEED certification- LEED consultant.

Prior to founding PE Realty Advisors, Paige worked for CB Richard Ellis, the largest commercial real estate firm in the world. She is a member of the United States Green Building Council NYC (USGBC), Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), National Resource Defense Council(NRDC) and The Metropolitan museum of Art.

Ms. Menner holds a BA in Psychology/Accounting from Transylvania University, Lexington, KY and a Brokerage license from New York State. She holds certificates from The New York Institute of Finance, French Insitute/Alliance Francaise, Mary Mount College, NYU and NYU Law School (LEED).

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) was developed by the U.S. Green Building Council. This rating system is voluntary and was established to provide a set of performance standards for certifying sustainable projects with the USGBC. Currently the rating system portfolio consists of Commercial Interiors, Existing Buildings, Core and Shell, and New Construction.
